Both will be held at Regional Headquarters in Port Clinton, OH.

The LCM-8 craft recently donated to the FMVG/Region 4-1 Sea Cadets arrives in port.

The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps is the proud beneficiary of a lot of hard work and dedication, in that they now have (3) LCM-8 Craft for their use.  Region 4-1 cadets will train on the craft learning everything from deck seamanship, to engineering,navigation, shiphandling, and even amphibious operations.  Training will be on a regional level, and also on a unit level, as necessary; to maximize the opportunity presented.  The craft will also be used in 2010 for an amphibious warfare school to be held at Camp Perry.
